摘要
基于我国不动产信息化建设的不断完善,实现数据整合与分享是构建不动产大数据系统的关键。论文结合多年工作实践,以对不动产数据整合系统的基本概述作为切入点,阐述不动产数据整合系统设计的具体方案,以此为推进不动产登记信息平台性能而献言献策。
Based on the continuous improvement of China's real estate information construction,data integration and sharing is the key to the construction of real estate big data system.Combined with years of work practice,this paper takes the basic overview of real estate data integration system as the starting point,expounds the specific design scheme of real estate data integration system,and makes suggestions for promoting the performance of real estate registration information platform.
