摘要
在当前不动产统一登记制度的践行下,注重做好不动产登记数据的有效整合和关联极为必要,只有确保所有数据资料得到较好整合,才能够提升后续应用效果,避免对不动产统一登记产生影响。文章重点围绕着不动产登记数据整合工作,分析了当前不动产登记数据整合的特点,并具体探讨了如何进行数据整合以及关联,希望具备参考借鉴作用。
Under the practice of the current unified real estate registration system,it is very necessary to pay attention to the effective integration and correlation of real estate registration data,only to ensure the number of ownership.According to the data,we can improve the effect of follow-up application and avoid the impact on the unified registration of real estate.This paper focuses on the integration of real estate registration data,first analyzes the characteristics of the current real estate registration data integration,and then discusses how to carry out data integration and correlation,hoping to have a reference function.
