摘要
目的研究基于Kolb理论的分组教学法在本科内科护理学见习中的应用效果。方法将2016级护理专业325名见习生纳入到该次研究工作中,采用分组研究的方式,判断不同带教方法的实际效果。结果实验组学生的内科护理基本常识(95.62±0.14)分、内科护理操作技能(94.78±0.75)分、综合评分(95.01±0.52)分,沟通能力(91.42±1.25)分、观察能力(93.15±0.26)分、学习能力(91.25±0.84)分、创新能力(97.22±0.62)分、协作能力(97.20±0.18)分,总满意人数为157人,总满意度为98.12%。各项结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Kolb理论的分组教学法在本科内科护理学见习应用效果较为显著,接受此种教学管理方法的学生,理论知识、实践技能、综合素质和满意度均达到了较高的水平。
Objective To study the application effect of group teaching method based on Kolb theory in nursing practice of undergraduate internal medicine. Methods A total of 325 trainees of nursing major in 2016 were included in this research work, and group study was used to judge the actual effect of different teaching methods. Results The students in the experimental group had basic common sense(95.62±0.14)points, internal nursing operation skills(94.78 ±0.75)points, comprehensive scores(95.01±0.52)points, communication ability(91.42±1.25)points, and observation ability(93.15±0.26)points, learning ability(91.25±0.84)points, innovative ability(97.22±0.62)points, collaboration ability(97.20±0.18)points, the total number of satisfied people was 157, and the total satisfaction rate was 98.12%. All results were better than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The group teaching method based on Kolb theory has a significant effect on the application of undergraduate internal medicine nursing apprenticeships. Students who accept this teaching management method have achieved a higher level of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, comprehensive quality and satisfaction, compared with the control group.
