摘要 大数据具有体量大、多样化、预测强的特征。其对增强高校"三全育人"工作的精确性、时效性、预测性有着积极的作用,但也给高校"三全育人"工作带来了挑战,主要体现在大数据带来的伦理风险、大数据技术的复杂性、数据共享的不通畅与数据庞杂上。在使用大数据加强"三全育人"理念在高校育人工作的贯彻与落实中,有关部门和教师应树立大数据思维、高校要构建大数据平台、完善相关机制建设,从而更好发挥大数据的作用。 Big data, fe atured by abundance, diversity and strong prediction, have a positive impact on enhancing the accuracy, timeliness and predictability of the work of "three full-Education" in colleges and universities. However, they have brought challenges to the work, which are mainly reflected in the ethical risk,the complexity of the big data technology and the non-smooth data sharing and the data pondering. In using big data to strengthen the concept of "three full-Education" in the implementation of the work of educating people in colleges and universities, the relevant departments and teachers must set up big data’s thinking, and colleges and universities should set up big data’s thinking. It is necessary to construct big data platform and perfect the relevant mechanism construction, so as to give full play to their roles.
