摘要
抹茶,起源于中国,兴于唐而盛于宋,在中国茶文化里占据了重要的一席之地。本文简要介绍抹茶的定义、抹茶的保健功效、历史沿革,以及我国抹茶的发展历程,并探讨其研究利用的发展前景,以期为抹茶的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
Matcha, also known as Mocha in ancient China, is originated in China, flourished in the Tang and the Song Dynasty. It occupies an important place in the Chinese tea culture. This paper briefly introduced the definition of Matcha, its health efficacy, historical evolution, and the development course of Matcha in China, and explored the development prospects of its research and utilization, with a view to providing help for the further development and utilization of Matcha.
