抗战前线教育家思想探析——以皖籍教育家王丹岑为例

摘要 中国近现代教育家思想是一个经久不衰的话题;抗战时期,不少教育家在教育理论或教育实践中有所建树。皖籍教育家王丹岑在抗战前线局势错综复杂办学面临多种风险的情况下,采取多种举措坚持办学,并提出利用考试的方法选拔真才实学,吸纳、转化和团结地方上的优秀人才,使之成为抗战前线的积极力量,扩散爱国思想的教育观念。通过对其在抗战前线的办学实践和教学思想的论述能够了解当时抗战前线的教育实情,拓展对战时的教育的全面认识。 The thought of Chinese modern educators is an enduring topic.During the Anti-Japanese War,many educators made achievements in educational theory or educational practice.At that time,the situation on the front lines of the Anti-Japanese War was intricate and complicated,and the establishment of schools faced great risks.Therefore,Wang Dancen believed that only from private education,otherwise there would be a shortage of talents.However,the single implementation of private education on the front lines of the Anti-Japanese War had its own limitations,and academic qualifications should be used as a supplementary method.The qualification examination was held to select real talents,to absorb,transform and unite local outstanding talents,to accumulate strength for the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,and to win the ultimate victory.Wang Dancen was one of the representatives of the frontline educators of the Anti-Japanese War.From his thought,one could understand the actual situation of the frontline education of the Anti-Japanese War at that time and formed a more comprehensive understanding of wartime education.
