摘要
师资队伍建设在高校发展过程中起到关键性作用,大学校长的教师管理思想与实践对师资队伍建设起到深远影响。作为民国时期国立浙江大学的校长,竺可桢以"教授灵魂说"的教师理念,通过外部引才、严格聘任,自主培养、以校育才,科学评教、奖惩并行等多管齐下的管理举措,致力于创设求是民主的学术氛围、安全宁静的办学环境和健全完善的教研设备来为教师营造出良好的学术环境,使浙大教师能够在烽火连天的战争年代潜心治学,取得不俗的学术成就,为浙江大学实现转型发展奠定坚实的基础。
Faculty construction plays a key role in the development of colleges and universities,and the faculty management has profound influence on the development of university accordingly. As the president of National Zhejiang University in the era of China,Chu Kezhen's teachers idea about "professors soul",through external cause,strict employment,independent culture,school educating talents,scientific appraisal,rewards and punishments and other multi-pronged parallel management measures,committed to creating realistic democratic academic atmosphere,safe and peaceful environment and teaching equipment to create a good academic environment for teachers,Zhejiang University teachers can study deeply,achieve good academic achievements,realize the transformation of development lay a solid foundation for Zhejiang University.
