摘要
讨论了变频器与PLC技术在恒压供水控制中的应用。以桂林市自来水公司某加压站自动控制项目为背景,采用具有实施控制功能的模块化设计方案,基于PLC控制算法实现了加压站的恒压供水控制。建成的加压站真正达到了自动恒压供水运行,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度。
The application of frequency converter and PLC technology in constant pressure water supply control is discussed. Based on the automatic control project of a pressure station in Guilin Water Company,a modular design scheme with control function is adopted to realize the constant-pressure water-supplying control of the pressure station based on PLC control algorithm. The built pressure station truly achieves the automatic constant-pressure water-supply operation,also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
