基于Profibus现场总线的船用恒压供水系统

摘要 船用供水系统是船舶的重要组成部分,随着通信技术与自动化技术的发展,船舶供水系统对自动化和智能化的要求也在不断提高。论文提出一种基于Profibus现场总线的船用恒压供水控制系统,该系统运行稳定并且可以实现远程监控与控制。同时论文阐述Profibus现场总线的类型、协议结构以及特点,并且给出系统设计的整体方案。该系统采用Pro⁃fibus总线将上位机与下位机进行连接,为现场总线在船舶供水系统上的应用提供了实验理论依据。 Ship water supply system is an important part of ship.With the development of communication and automation tech⁃nology,the requirement of ship water supply system for automation and intelligence is increasing.In this paper,a constant pressure water supply control system based on Profibus is presented,which is stable and can be controlled remotely.At the same time,the type,protocol structure and characteristics of Profibus are described,and the overall scheme of system design is given.The system uses Profibus to connect the upper and lower computer,which provides the theoretical basis for the application of fieldbus in ship water supply system.
