摘要
为了提高烟草行业制丝线加料岗位料液温度控制的稳定性,针对由开关阀控制的加热系统,建立整套料液温度控制系统,通过运用PLC、WinCC等方式,解决了料液温度严重超调、温度难以恒定保持等问题[1],其变频控制方式以及根据料液重量改变参数的思路具有生产控制推广性[2-4]。结果表明:料液温度标偏平均值由原先的1.72降低至0.62。达到了烟草行业先进水平,充分保障了卷烟产品的内在感官质量。
In order to improve the stability of material liquid temperature control in the feeding post of tobacco industry,a complete set of material liquid temperature control system was established for the heating system controlled by on-off valve.By using PLC,WinCC and other methods,the problems such as serious overshoot of material liquid temperature and difficulty in constant temperature maintenance are solved[1].The frequency conversion control mode and the idea of changing parameters according to the weight of feed liquid have production Control generalization[2-4].The results show that the average value of the standard deviation of the liquid temperature is reduced from 1.72 to 0.62.It has reached the advanced level of tobacco industry and fully guaranteed the intrinsic sensory quality of cigarette products.
