摘要
探讨疏肝健脾法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(C-IBS)重叠功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月—2019年5月收治的C-IBS重叠FD患者120例,按随机数表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌联合莫沙必利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏肝健脾法治疗,治疗8周后,对比2组疗效、肠道菌群及胃肠神经递质。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.67%(55/60)高于对照组75.00%(45/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌(9.21±1.32)lgcfu/g和乳杆菌(8.92±1.34)lgcfu/g高于对照组(8.54±1.26)lgcfu/g、(8.25±1.24)lgcfu/g,大肠埃希菌(7.73±1.02)lgcfu/g低于对照组(8.47±1.17)lgcfu/g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现6例腹泻,对照组出现4例腹泻,均无其他不良反应,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IBS-C重叠FD患者采用疏肝健脾法联合西药治疗有助于调节肠道菌群分布,重建机体微生物平衡,安全性好,疗效高于西药治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of soothing liver and strengthening spleen method in the treatment of patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome(C-IBS)with overlapping functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 120 patients with CIBS overlapping FD admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Bacillus subtilis combined with mosapride.The observation group was treated with soothing liver and strengthening spleen method on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,intestinal flora and gastrointestinal neurotransmitters were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,45/60).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Bifidobacterium(9.21±1.32),Lgcfu/g and Lactobacillus(8.92±1.34)lgcfu/g of the observation group was were higher than(8.54±1.26)lgcfu/g,(8.25±1.24)lgcfu/g of the control group,and Escherichia coli(7.73±1.02)lgcfu/g of the observation group was lower than lgcfu/g The control group(8.47±1.17)lgcfu/g,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed 6 cases of diarrhea,the control group showed 4 cases of diarrhea,there were no other adverse reactions,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion IBS-C overlapping FD patients with soothing liver and strengthening spleen method combined with western medicine can help regulate the distribution of intestinal flora,rebuild the body microbial balance,safety,and has higher curative effect.
