摘要
目的:探索刺芪参胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,每组再分为低、中、高三个剂量组,通过计算免疫器官、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、碳廓清实验、巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、抗体生成细胞的检测、血清溶血素的测定、脾淋巴细胞转化实验、NK细胞活性测定实验来考察刺芪参胶囊的免疫功能.结果:中、高剂量组可使小鼠足趾肿胀程度明显增加,低、高剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率转换值及吞噬指数增高,高剂量组溶血空斑数明显增加,小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验中高剂量组光密度值增高;刺芪参胶囊对小鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏、巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、NK细胞活性测定和血清溶血素水平均无明显影响.结论:刺芪参胶囊对小鼠具有明显的免疫功能增强作用.
Objective:To explore the effect of Ciqishen capsule on immune function in mice.Methods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,Each group was divided into three dose groups,By calculating the immune organs、late hair abnormal reaction(DTH)、carbon clearing experiment、macrophage phagocytosis function experiment、detection of antibody-producing cells、determination of serum hemolysin、lymphocyte transformation of spleen、determination of NK cell activity.To explore the immune function of Ciqishen capsule.Results:High-and medium-dose group can increase the swelling degree of the mouse toe,The conversion of phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytizing chicken red blood cells were increased(High-and low-dose group).The number of hemolytic spots in high dose group increased significantly,Increased light density of high dose group in mouse splenic lymphocyte transformation experiment;There was no significant effect on the determination of weight、thymus、spleen、macrophages ability to clear carbon、NK cell activity and serum hemolysin water in mice.Conclusions:The Ciqishen capsule had obvious effect on immunological enhancement in mice.
