摘要
以某综采面的安装和回撤通道为背景,采用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法对安装与回撤通道围岩控制技术进行研究,对于安装通道,利用扩安一体新装置较好地控制了围岩,对于回撤通道,确定了合理的通道位置并采用高强度锚杆主动支护取代工字钢棚被动支护来控制回撤通道大变形,解决了该工作面安拆工作控顶效果不佳的问题。
Based on the installation and withdrawal channel of a fully mechanized mining face,the surrounding rock control technology of installation and withdrawal channel is studied by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. For the installation channel,the surrounding rock is well controlled by the expansion device. For the withdrawal channel,the reasonable location of the channel is determined and the I-word is replaced by the active support of high-strength bolt. The passive support of steel shed can control the large deformation of withdrawal passage and solve the problem of poor roof control effect in the installation and demolition of working face.
