综采工作面回撤工艺优化

摘要 综采工作面回撤是煤矿企业重点关注的问题之一。为了提高综采工作面回撤效率,分析了目前综采工作面预掘单通道回撤工艺、预掘双通道回撤工艺及无预掘通道回撤工艺存在的问题,然后针对采取的综采工作面回撤工艺提出了一些优化措施,主要包括优化回撤通道支护、采用无轨胶轮车进行设备运输及做好巷道变形监测,可为综采工作面快速回撤提供一定的参考。 The withdrawal of fully mechanized coal mining face is one of the key issues of coal mining enterprises.In order to improve the withdrawal efficiency of fully mechanized coal mining face,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the current pre-excavation single-channel retraction technology,pre-excavation double-channel retraction technology and no pre-excavation channel retraction technology of fully mechanized coal mining face,and put forward some optimization measures for the applied withdrawal technology of fully mechanized coal mining face,mainly including optimizing the support of the retraction channel,using trackless rubber-tired carts for equipment transportation and doing a good job in roadway deformation monitoring,which can provide some reference for the rapid withdrawal of fully mechanized coal mining face.
