摘要
马克思在《莱茵报》时期遇到要对所谓物质利益以及当时形式下的社会主义和共产主义发表意见的双重难事,共同指向马克思从事政治批判的理论主题--为贫苦群众谋解放。马克思曾试图借助自由报刊、理性国家、理性法来实现贫苦群众的利益,却捕捉到物质利益关系对新闻出版、国家和法的支配性作用,揭示出所谓新闻出版自由、国家和法的阶级性,明确了新闻出版等公共舆论服务贫苦群众的人民立场,而且他开始突破传统抽象思辨研究范式,在各种关系的客观本性中初步把握到解放贫苦群众的新方向。准确认识马克思《莱茵报》时期从事政治批判和理论研究的根本主题及基本观点,对于回应当下的一些理论杂音、更好实现人民利益有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。
In times of the Rhine Newspaper,Marx had encountered the dilemma of expressing his opinions on the so-called material interests and the socialism and communism at that time,which was mutually directed at the theoretical theme of Marx’s political criticism--striving for the liberation of the poor people.At that time,Marx tried to realize the interests of the poor people by means of free press,rational state and rational law;however,he had observed the dominant role of material interests relationship in press and publication,state and law;he revealed the class attributes of so-called press and publication freedom,state and law;he made clear the people’s position of public opinion such as press and publication to serve the poor people;he began to break through the traditional research paradigm of abstract speculation,and had preliminarily grasped the new direction to liberate the poor in the objective nature of various relations.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to accurately grasp Marx’s basic themes and viewpoints of political criticism and theoretical research in times of the Rhine Newspaper so as to respond to the current theoretical noise and better realize the people’s interests.
