摘要
《黑格尔法哲学批判》的理论主题在于瓦解黑格尔国家法哲学的观念论基础,超越资产阶级政治国家并完成对西方法哲学传统的革命,完成从君主制经共和制到民主制的转变。将国家哲学批判引向市民社会批判,建构人民主权及其民主制的现代制度理念,进而为唯物史观开辟社会政治理论地平。文本的社会政治观已经有别于费尔巴哈,对黑格尔国家内部制度的批判,构成《黑格尔法哲学批判导言》有关激进政治思想的文本基础。
The theoretical theme of “A Contribution to the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right” needs to be determined. The theoretical theme of this text is to disintegrate the ideological basis of Hegel’s philosophy of right, to transcend the bourgeois political state and complete the revolution in the tradition of the Western philosophy of right, and to complete the transformation from monarchy, economic republicanism to democracy. Bringing the critique of national philosophy to the critique of civil society, it constructs the modern institution concept of the people’s sovereignty and its democracy system, and in turn, opens up a theoretical horizon of social politics for the historical materialism. The social and political views of this text are different from Feuerbach. The criticism of Hegel’s internal system constitutes the textual basis of the radical political thought in “A Contribution to the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right. Introduction”.
