介绍了唐钢公司从应急计划、应急准备与响应系统、应急演练等方面的研究与决策,结合以往发生问题及基于预防性控制的潜在问题,具体优化了能源、设备、生产等专业的系统性管理、预防性识别与决策,使公司安全、环境、生产事故、故障或紧急情况的应急响应与处理流程、操作,均达到了有据可依。确保公司持续地提供顾客满意的产品,并在按计划把产品交付到顾客处,维护公司信誉。
