摘要
旨在研究不同分子质量甲壳低聚糖对0~4周龄黄羽肉鸡生长、血脂含量、抗氧化能力及屠宰性能的影响。选取400只1日龄健康体重相近的黄羽肉鸡母鸡,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.58%分子质量为600、1117、2374、3600Da的甲壳低聚糖。试验期为28d。结果表明:①各组间平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);②添加不同分子质量甲壳低聚糖使血清甘油三酯含量趋于降低(P=0.069);与对照组相比,2374Da和3600Da甲壳低聚糖组显著降低血清游离脂肪酸含量(P<0.05),其它血脂成分组间均有明显变化(P>0.05);③添加2374Da和3600Da分子质量甲壳低聚糖显著提高血清SOD和GSH-PX活性(P<0.05),而添加600Da和1117Da分子质量甲壳低聚糖对肉鸡抗氧化能力未显效应;④屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率等各项屠宰性能组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,0~4周龄黄羽肉鸡日粮中添加分子质量为600~3600Da的甲壳低聚糖对其生长和屠宰性能无显著影响,但对肉鸡血脂含量和抗氧化功能有明显的影响,添加2374Da和3600Da甲壳低聚糖可显著降低肉鸡血脂水平,改善了肉鸡的抗氧化能力,而添加600Da和1117Da的甲壳低聚糖对肉鸡血脂含量和抗氧化能力未显效应。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different molecular weight chitosan oligosaccharides on the growth,lipid content,antioxidant activity and slaughter performance of Chinese Color-feathered chickens at the age of 0 to 4 weeks.Four hundred 1-day-old healthy female Chinese Color-feathered chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 replicates of 10 birds each.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented 0.58%chitosan oligosaccharides with molecular weight of 600,1117,2374 and 3600 Da,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results show that:1)there was no significantly difference in average daily gain,average daily feed intake and the feed conversion ratio among the groups(P>0.05).2)Supplementation of different molecular weights of chitosan oligosaccharides trend to decrease the serum triglycerides(P=0.069).Compred that of control group,the serum free fatty acid content of groups supplied chitosan oligosaccharides of molecular weights of 2374Da and 3600Da decreased significantly(P<0.05).The other components of blood lipids did not differ between treatments(P>0.05).3)Addition of 2374 and 3600 Da molecular weight chitosan oligosaccharides significantly increased serum SOD and GSH-PX activity(P<0.05),while addition of 600Da and 1117Da molecular weight chitosan oligosaccharides did not change the antioxidant activities in broilers.4)The slaughtering rate,full bore rate,half bore rate,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate did not differ between groups(P>0.05).In summary,the additions of chitosan oligosaccharides with molecular weights of 600~3600 Da had no significant influence on growth and slaughter performance,but the lipid content and antioxidant activity of broilers were significantly affected.Supplementation of 2374Da and 3600Da chitosan oligosaccharides significantly reduced blood lipids and improved antioxidant status in broilers,whereas supplementing 600Da and 1117Da
