Effects of different levels and molecular sizes of beta-glucan on growth performance,health and meat quality of broilers

摘要 本研究探讨了日粮添加不同分子大小和水平的β-葡聚糖对肉鸡生长性能、健康、屠体性状和肉品质的影响。试验采用2×4因子设计,将480只1日龄雌性肉仔鸡分为8组,其中葡聚糖含高和低两种分子大小(8和940 kDa)。试验共开展6周。结果表明,葡聚糖的分子大小和添加水平对肉鸡42 d的生长性能、养分表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。低分子葡聚糖组盲肠淀粉酶活性较高(P<0.05),高分子葡聚糖组和对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,低或高分子葡聚糖添加水平分别为10和30 mg/kg时,十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著增加(P<0.05)。试验第25天,低分子量葡聚糖组胸腺和法氏囊的相对重量显著增加(P<0.05),日粮中添加低分子葡聚糖显著提高了十二指肠绒毛高度(P<0.05)。饲喂高分子葡聚糖肉鸡腓肠肌的亮度(L值)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,建议在肉鸡日粮中补充30 m/kg低分子β-葡聚糖可以达到免疫调节的好处,且不影响其他参数。 This study investigated the effects of dietary addition of beta-glucan of different molecular sizes and levels on growth performance,health,carcass characteristics and meat quality of broiler chickens.Using a 2×4 factor design,4801 d female broilers were divided into 8 groups,with dextran containing both high and low molecular sizes(8 and 940 kDa).The trial lasted six weeks.Results:the molecular size and addition level of dextran had no significant effect on the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of broilers at 42 d(P>0.05).The caecal amylase activity was higher in the lmg-dextran group(P<0.05),and significantly lower in the macromolecule dextran group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,duodenal amylase activity was significantly increased when low or high polymer dextran was added at levels of 10 and 30 mg/kg,respectively(P<0.05).On the 25th day of the experiment,the relative weight of thymus gland and bursa of fusitis in the lmg-dextran group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the height of duodenal villi was significantly increased by the addition of lmg-dextran in the diet(P<0.05).The brightness(L value)of gastrocnemius muscle of broiler was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this study,it is recommended that 30 m/kg of low-molecularbeta-glucan be added to the broiler diet to achieve immunomodulatory benefits without affecting other parameters.
