全球科创中心是推动科技成果转化的新载体,也是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。加快创新成果的高质量转化需要借鉴发达国家的经验,牢牢把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革的战略机遇,在我国科技资源丰富、配套体系完善的城市,打造特色鲜明、具有全球影响力的科技创新中心,吸引高端要素集聚,营造鼓励创新创业的文化氛围和宜居宜业的城市环境,促进知识的创造和高水平转化。通过全面提升全球创新链的领导力,不断强化创新驱动,夯实产业升级与城市转型协同发展的科技基础,从而更好地服务于现代化经济体系建设。
The global technological innovation center is a new carrier of promoting the application of scientific and technological advances, and also an important part of the national innovation system. To speed up the high-quality application of innovation results, we need to draw on the experience of developed countries;firmly grasp the strategic opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change;build distinctive and globally influential technological innovation centers in China’s cities with rich scientific and technological resources and complete supporting systems;attract high-end factors to cluster;create a cultural atmosphere where innovation and entrepreneurship are encouraged and a urban environment suitable for living and businesses;and promote the creation and high-level application of knowledge. By comprehensively improving the leadership of the global innovation chain, continuously strengthening the innovation drive, and consolidating the scientific and technological foundation for the coordinated development of industrial upgrading and urban transformation, we can better serve the development of the modern economic system.
