摘要
复杂装备共性技术的研究对于国家实力和国家安全都具有重要意义,研发过程中创新主体缺失、供给"失灵"等问题是制约我国共性技术升级的关键,政府介入和合作研发模式有利于消除这些问题。为了探究政府补贴对复杂装备共性技术合作研发的作用,在建立政府补贴作用下复杂装备产业中企业合作研发共性技术的演化博弈模型的基础上,对其动态演化的稳定性进行分析,再利用MATLAB对该模型进行数值仿真,对模型的理论分析进行了验证,并得出了政府补贴能够促进合作研发等结论,最后以航空航天产业为例,验证模型的有效性以及仿真结论的正确性。
Research on generic technology of complex equipment is of great significanee to the promotion ofnational strength and national security.Such problems as insufficient innovators and supply R&D process are major obstacles to upgrade China/generic technology,to which government interventionand cooperative R&D pattern can hopefully be a solution.To explore the role of the development of generic technology of complex equipment,this paper,based on the evolutionary model of the generic technology of cooperative R&Dunder government subsidies in complex equipment industry,analyzed the stability of dynamic evolution,conducted numerical simulation with MATLAB,verified the theoretical analysis of the model,and reached the conclusion that government subsidies canpromote cooperativeR&D.Finally,t aking aerospaee indus t ry as an example,t his paper proved t he effectivenessof the model and validity of the conclusion.
