摘要
当今社会,传统的教师与学生面对面进行信息传递的方式效率较低,已经跟不上时代步伐,辅导员运用新媒体开展思想政治教育工作既是信息技术发展的客观要求,也是创新思想政治教育方式方法的现实需要。文章分析了互联网特征、互联网背景下学生管理方面面临的挑战,并且以西安电子科技大学微电子学院2017级学生为例,阐述了在互联网环境下对学生管理、思想政治教育、心理健康教育、生涯规划等学生事务工作方面的创新。
In today'society,the traditional way for teachers and students to communicate information face-to-face is inefficient and has kept up with the Times.It is the objective requirement of the development of information technology for counselors to use new media to carry out ideological and political education,it is also the realistic need to innovate the ways and means of ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Internet and the challenges of student management in the context of the Internet,and illustrates the management of students,ideological and political education in the context of the Internet,taking the class of 2017 of Xidian University as an example,mental health education,career planning and other student affairs work innovation.
