摘要
本文以中国核工业第五建设有限公司在信息化条件下所面临多项目标准化管理难题为背景,介绍了公司通过识别、策划和实施核电集群项目,集成管理能力打造出一个适应多项目协同工作、具备工业互联网特征的核电数字化建造多项目管理平台的过程。通过组织流程优化、数据开发利用、建立数字孪生等方法的应用,说明了两化融合是企业打造新型能力、提升核心竞争力的有效方法,也是确保公司核电数字化建造多项目管理平台顺利完成的关键成功因素。
Based on the multi-project standardization management problem under the conditions of informatization,which faced by China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co.,Ltd.In this paper through identifying,planning and implementing nuclear power cluster projects,the company has integrated management ability to build a nuclear power digital multi-project management platform that adapts to multi-project collaborative work and has the characteristics of industrial internet.Through the application of organizational process optimization,data development and utilization,and establishment of digital twin,it shows that the integration of informatization and industrialization is an effective method for enterprises to build new core competence,which also enhances the core success of the company’s nuclear power construction multi-project management platform.
