摘要
准确的评估是特殊儿童获得高质量的教育康复的基础。通过对16位特殊教育学校教师的访谈发现,特殊教育学校教师对特殊儿童的评估存在认识上的误区,包括将特殊儿童评估和诊断混为一谈,认为评估只能由专业人士用专业的量表来做、评估是由一个人来完成、评估和日常教学无关等。特殊教育学校教师认识上的误区可能有教师没有获得准确的评估方面的知识和教师在实际工作中无法得到相应的支持这两方面的原因。本研究因此提出相应对策,尤其是构建"易评估系统"的模式,可以帮助教师们更准确地认识评估,更好地进行评估实践。
Accurate assessment is the basis of high quality education and rehabilitation for children with special needs.The interview with 16 special education school teachers found that there are some misunderstandings in the assessment of children with special needs,including the confusion of assessment and diagnosis of special children.It is believed that the assessment can only be done by professionals with professional scales,the assessment is done by one person,and the assessment has nothing to do with daily teaching.There may be two reasons for the misunderstanding of teachers in special education schools:teachers do not get accurate assessment knowledge and teachers can not get corresponding support in practical work.The corresponding countermeasures,especially the model of"easy assessment system",can help teachers to understand assessment more accurately and carry out assessment practice better.
