摘要
为了解特殊教育教师开展学生评估工作的现状与困难,采用自编问卷对河南省218名特殊教育教师进行调查。研究发现:部分学校和教师对学生评估工作认知存在误区;教师较少使用标准化的评估方法和工具;部分教师不具备相应的评估知识和技能;教师在评估工作中获得的相应支持较少。同时部分教师在明确评估目的、选择多元评估方法、设计评估方案、评价学生表现、整理评估材料等方面存在困难。建议从规范特殊学生评估工作提升评估认知、加强对教师运用标准化学生评估工具的指导、提升教师评估学生的知识技能、完善学生评估工作保障支持体系四个方面进行改进。
This study aims to explore the current situation, difficulties and suggestions for special education teachers’ assessment of students with special needs in Henan by using self-devised questionnaire to survey 218 teachers.The results show the following: some special education schools and teachers have misunderstandings about the evaluation. Teachers use less standardized evaluation methods and tools.Some teachers do not have the corresponding evaluation knowledge and skills.Besides, the difficulties include: some teachers have difficulty in clarifying the purpose of evaluation, choosing multiple evaluation methods, and designing evaluation plans.We should standardize the evaluation of special students to improve evaluation cognition;strengthen the use of standardized evaluation tools;develop and improve teachers’ evaluation knowledge and skills;improve the student evaluation work guarantee support system.
