新疆某天然钠基膨润土矿干法提纯技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 以新疆某天然钠基膨润土矿为研究对象,在分析原料化学组成、矿物组成、微观形貌、物理性质的基础上,制定了天然钠基膨润土的干法提纯技术方案。原料经过破碎-粉碎-分级提纯工艺,得到提纯膨润土产品。与原料相比,蒙脱石含量从44%提高到76%;吸蓝量从21.95 g/100g提高到34.61 g/100g;膨胀指数从15.0 mL/2g提高到25.0 mL/2g;SiO2含量从65.61%降低到56.69%,Al2O3含量从15.77%提高到20.14%,Na2O含量从1.53%提高到2.37%。该干法提纯技术成本低、提纯效果明显。 Taking a natural sodium bentonite ore in Xinjiang as the research object,basing on the chemical elements,analysis of ore mineral composition,microstructure and physical property,developed technical scheme of dry purification of natural sodium bentonite.The bentonite products were purified by the processing technology of crushing,comminution and fractional purification.Compared to raw materials,the montmorillonite content increased from 32%to 76%.The blue absorption power increased from 21.95 g/100g to 34.61 g/100g.The exponent of expansion increased from 15.0 mL/2g to 25.0 mL/2g.The SiO2 content decreased from 65.61%to 56.69%,the Al2O3 content increased from 15.77%to 20.14%,and the Na2O content increased from 1.53%to 2.37%.The dry purification technology has low cost and obvious purification effect.
