摘要
天然膨润土是以蒙脱石为主要成分的黏土矿物,蒙脱石含量决定了天然膨润土的利用价值。本试验采用小锥角水力旋流器-自然沉淀-高速离心联合工艺对天然膨润土进行提纯,利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪和比表面积孔径分析仪对提纯前后膨润土进行表征分析。结果表明,在沉降时间35 h,六偏磷酸钠分散剂用量为0.5%,离心机转速3000 r/min的条件下,提纯后膨润土蒙脱石含量从52%提高到97%,比表面积从23.4613 m2/g增加到67.085 m2/g,吸蓝量从23 g/100 g提升到42.9 g/100 g,提纯效果显著。
Natural bentonite is a clay mineral with montmorillonite as the main component.The content of montmorillonite determines the value of natural bentonite.In this paper,a small cone angle hydrocyclone-natural precipitation-high speed centrifugal combined process was used to purify natural bentonite.X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and specific surface area pore analyzer were used to characterize and analyze bentonite before and after purification.The results show that under the conditions of a sedimentation time of 35 h,sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant dosage of 0.5%,and centrifuge speed of 3000 r/min,the content of montmorillonite increases from 52%to 97%,the specific surface area increases from 23.4613 m2/g to 67.085 m2/g,and the methylene blue index increases from 23 g/100 g to 42.9 g/100 g,the combined process has a significant purification effect.
