摘要
本论文概述了一种学生管理模式,即辅导员-班主任-学业导师协同育人。阐述了该模式的内涵以及目前存在的问题和原因,提出如下对策:全面提升辅导员、班主任与学业导师的综合素质、建立完善的选聘和考核机制以及加强工作群体之间的工作协调运行机制。
In this paper,the connotation, problems and causes of the cooperative education mode of "counselor-head teacher-academic tutor" in the universities was elaborated, and countermeasures was put forward as following: comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of various working groups, establishing a perfect selection and evaluation mechanism, and strengthening the working coordination and operation mechanism among working groups.
