摘要
为了提高稠油油藏在多轮次蒸汽吞吐后开发的效果,开展了泡沫氮气固化技术研究。通过室内试验优化出了一种氮气泡沫固化调堵体系,其配方为:0.4%固化剂+6%环氧树脂+0.4%表面活性剂1227+0.2%聚合物+水,所得体系是一种稳定的气/固两相泡沫结构,不具有流动性、不会破裂。体系中的固化剂与环氧树脂用于固化氮气泡沫,表面活性剂1227为发泡剂,聚合物为初始条件下的稳定剂。通过室内试验表明,该体系具有很好的适应性,在温度为400℃、pH值为5~9、矿化度为0~70000 ppm的条件下能稳定存在,体系具有很好的抗温、耐酸碱、抗盐能力。封堵试验说明体系具有很强的封堵强度和很高的突破压力,在渗透率为5μm^2的多孔介质中封堵效率>98%、突破压力>5 MPa。说明该体系可以较好的应用于治理稠油油藏,在多轮次进行蒸汽吞吐后形成的窜流通道扩大波及体积,从而解决目前稠油蒸汽泡沫调剖技术存在的技术难题。
In order to improve the development effect of heavy oil reservoir by multiple rounds of steam stimulation,a nitrogen foam curing technology is developed.Through laboratory experiment,a profile control agent of nitrogen foam curing system is systematically studied.After optimization,its formula is 0.4%curing agent,6%epoxy resin,0.4%surfactant 1227,0.2%polymer and water.The obtained agent is with a stable gas/solid two-phase foam structure,which does not have fluidity and does not break down.The curing agent and epoxy resin in the system are used to cure the nitrogen foam,the surfactant 1227 is a foaming agent,and the polymer is a stabilizer under the initial conditions.This system has a good temperature resistance,strong acid and alkali resistance and salt resistance,which can be stable under the conditions of the temperature of 400°C,the pH of 5-9,and the salinity of 0-70,000 ppm.Plugging test shows that the system has a strong seal strength and high breakthrough pressure,of which the plugging efficiency is more than 98%and the breakthrough pressure is more than 5MPa in a porous medium with a permeability of 5μm 2.It shows that the system can be better applied to the treatment of heavy oil reservoir after steam stimulation in rounds of channeling circulation of expanding the sweep volume.
