Numerical simulation of adaptability of different foam systems in oil reservoir

摘要 针对不同泡沫体系在油藏尺度条件下适应性认识不清的问题,通过求解泡沫驱局部平衡模型,拟合岩心实验得到表征不同泡沫性能的模型参数,开展泡沫驱提高采收率研究,确定了各泡沫体系的油藏适应性。实验表明:原体系适应泡沫干度范围窄、抗油性差,复配体系在较低质量分数和渗流速度下可充分形成泡沫,强化体系适应的泡沫干度范围较宽、抗油性强,但发泡性较差。数值模拟表明:泡沫段塞注入量不宜超过0.4 PV;原体系适应的油藏厚度较小;复配体系发泡能力强、运移距离远,适应绝大部分油藏条件;强化体系受发泡性能影响,适应高渗透带发育、流线集中以及原油黏度较大的油藏条件。研究结果为矿场合理选用泡沫体系提供了决策依据。 In view of the unclear understanding of the adaptability of different foam systems under reservoir scale conditions,the model parameters characterizing different foam properties are obtained by solving the local equilibrium model of foam flooding and fitting core experiments,and the enhanced oil recovery(EOR)of foam flooding are carried out to determine the reservoir adaptability of each foam system.The experimental results show that the original system can adapt to a narrow range of foam quality and poor oil resistance.The composite system can fully generate foam at a low concentration and seepage velocity.The enhanced system can adapt to a wide range of foam quality and strong oil resistance,but the foaming performance is poor.The numerical simulation results show that the foam slug size should not exceed 0.4 PV.The reservoir thickness adapted to original system is small.The composite system has strong foaming ability and long migration distance,which is suitable for most reservoir conditions.The enhanced system is affected by foaming properties,and is suitable for reservoir conditions with high permeability zone,streamlines concentration and high oil viscosity.The research results provide a decision basis for rational selection of foam system in field.
