摘要
文章针对市场试用车客户反馈的驾驶员右耳处风扇噪声大问题,主要研究了某型轻卡用2.3L发动机普通硅油风扇的滑差率、啮合形式、啮合温度、叶片与护风罩间隙对整车驾驶室内驾驶员右耳旁噪声的影响,采用理论分析、CFD仿真与整车试验相结合的方法。
This article focus on the problem of fan noise in the right ear of drivers fed back by customers of market trail trucks,the method reducing engine drive fan noise of light duty truck was studied through studying the influence of slip,fan clutch sensing temperature,shape of vane,clearance of vane and fan cover on driving cab fan niose of 2.3L engine of light duty truck,adopting the theory analysis CFD analysis and vehicle verificantion method.
