摘要
商用车由于使用用途、承载等设计参数的不同,再考虑到成本、重量等因素,车架的弯曲刚度要与设计目的匹配在一定的合理范围内,文章针对这一"合理范围"进行研究讨论。从梁的弯曲理论,到实际车架的弯曲刚度理论推导及有限元方法边界条件的验证,最后讨论了"轴距-弯曲刚度"及"整备质量-弯曲刚度"统计图的应用。结果表明,目前应用的车架有限元弯曲刚度计算的边界条件是合理的,通过对不同车型的车架弯曲刚度进行有限元分析结果的数据统计形成"轴距-弯曲刚度"及"整备质量-弯曲刚度"图,能够形成整车设计指标数据,为车架前期设计提供数据支持。
Because of the difference of commercial vehicle’s design parameters such as uses and load capacity etc.,also considering other factors such as the cost and weight etc.,the bending stiffness of frame should match the design purpose within a certain reasonable range.This paper is focused on"the reasonable range".Based on the beam bending stiffness theory,research work has been done on the bending stiffness theoretical derivation of actual frame and verification of boundary conditions of finite element analysis method.At last the application of statistical chart about"wheelbase-bending stiffness"and"curb weight-bending stiffness"are discussed.The result shows that current boundary conditions of bending stiffness calculation using finite element method are reasonable.Statistical data about frame bending stiffness is very important.The charts discussed before can guide the vehicle design performance data,also can provide support on frame innovation design.
