摘要
以某钢制车架为基础设计了一款铝合金车架,采用有限元方法对铝合金车架及原钢制车架进行刚度、模态对比分析;结果显示,铝合金车架刚度在设计要求范围内,轻量化效果显著,且方案可行。
In this paper, an aluminum alloy frame is designed based on a steel frame, and the stiffness and mode of the aluminum alloy frame and the original steel frame are compared and analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the stiffness of the aluminum alloy frame is within the design requirements, the lightweight effect is remarkable and the scheme is feasible.
