摘要
医院经营管理中涉及人员数量较多,作为医院日常工作的重要组成,人力资源管理至关重要,而人事档案管理工作为人力资源建设提供了有力的基础依据和保障。本文结合医院人事档案管理现状,提出人事档案管理与利用的有效途径,希望通过文章的论述能够为医院人力资源管理工作提供一些建议和参考。
There are a large number of personnel involved in the operation and management of a hospital.As an important part of hospital's daily work,human resource management is very important,and the management of personnel files provides a strong foundation and guarantee for human resource construction.The following article combines the current situation of hospital personnel file management,puts forward an effective way of personnel file management and utilization,and hopes to provide some suggestions and references for hospital human resource management through the discussion of this article.
