摘要
医院档案是医院领导以及医护人员信息的来源,是展开有序日常工作的依据,是进行管理工作的凭证。良好的档案管理可以增强医院管理体系的有序性,保障正常医护人员工作效率,提高医疗质量,对于医院信息化建设也具有积极意义。风险管理档案作为档案管理工作中的重要组成部分,规范化的管理有助于医院业务水平的提高,安全系数的增加,有效促进医院的持续稳定发展。该文从医院风险管理档案内容出发,就其在规范化管理当中存在的问题、相应的改善措施在实际中的应用以及重要意义等方面进行论述。
Objective The hospital file is the source of hospital leader and medical staff information, a basis of carrying out the orderly daily work and a certificate of conducting the administration work. Methods The good file management can en-hance the order of hospital management system, ensure the work efficacy of normal medical staff and improve the medical quality, which is of positive significance to the hospital information construction. Results The risk management file is an important component of file management work, and the standardized management contributes to improving the hospital busi-ness level, increasing the safety factor and effectively promoting the sustainable and steady development of hospitals. Con-clusion The paper elaborates the issues, corresponding improvement measures, application in practice and important signifi-cance existing in the standardized management from the hospital risk management file contents.
