摘要
目的:探讨基于互联网微信平台健康教育对脊柱结核患者的效果。方法:2017年3月-2018年3月收治脊柱结核患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予基于互联网微信平台的健康教育。比较两组患者健康知识掌握度及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:观察组护理后健康知识掌握度显著高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脊柱结核患者采用互联网微信平台健康教育,可有效增强患者对健康知识的掌握度,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective:To explore the health education effect of spinal tuberculosis patients based on Internet wechat platform.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,98 patients with spinal tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 49 cases in each.The control group was given regular health education;the observation group was given health education based on Internet wechat platform.We compared the health knowledge mastery,anxiety and depression between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the mastery of health knowledge after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on Internet wechat platform for spinal tuberculosis patients can effectively enhance the mastery of health knowledge and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.
