摘要
建设智慧法院是我国信息化发展的重要战略进程,智慧法院的建成将有效解决现今案多人少的问题,但智慧法院的建设应“以人为本”。目前传统法治人才的培养模式已经不足以应付我国对于智慧法院的建设要求,所以在人才参与上必需另辟新径,用新的培养方法或人才参与模式,以期培养未来智慧法院建设所需的法治人才。
The construction of smart count is an important strategic process of China’s information development.It will effectively solve the problems of more cases and fewer people,but it should be people-oriented.At present,the traditional training mode of rule of law talents is not enough to meet the requirements.So it is necessary to develop a new way in talent participation with new training methods or talent participation mode so as to cultivate the needed talents in the future.
