摘要
量化分析发展不足是我国犯罪学研究面临的主要问题之一。通过系统性检索并获取2010—2020年693篇犯罪学量化研究文献,对其研究设计、量化分析方法和论文撰写进行细致分析,现有文献中大量存在研究设计混乱、分析方法粗糙和论文撰写不规范的问题。研究设计方面:现有研究过于依赖二手数据或非介入性调查,个体面板数据缺乏,样本量较小,少有随机抽样,且研究范围较窄;量化分析方法方面:部分研究仅使用了单变量分析,六成以上的研究仅使用了描述性统计分析,较多研究仅使用非随机样本并误用推论性统计方法;论文撰写方面,绝大多数研究并未汇报数据获取过程,对理论、研究假设以及概念测量等方面的描述也较为匮乏,同时多数研究未明确讨论研究局限。针对以上问题,应从研究设计、量化分析方法和论文撰写三个方面提升犯罪学的量化研究。
The application of the quantitative methods has long been a major problem of criminological research in China.Through systematic literature review,the current study obtained 693 quantitative criminological research from 2010 to 2020.The analysis of the study design,quantitative analysis methods,and academic writing of the selected research has confirmed the previous literatures′concerns,that is,there exist many problems in the previous literature,including confusing research design,rough analysis methods,and unstandardized academic writing.In terms of research design:over-reliance on second-hand data or unobtrusive methods,lack of individual panel data,small sample sizes,few random sampling designs,and narrow study scope are the main problems;In terms of quantitative analysis methods:some studies only adopt univariate analysis,more than 60%of the studies only use descriptive statistical analysis,and many studies misuse inferential statistics on non-random samples.In terms of academic writing,the majority of studies did not report on the data collecting process,theory,and research assumptions.The measurements of the concepts were not clear,and the research limitations were not explicitly discussed.In view of the above problems,this paper attempts to put forward detailed and feasible suggestions to improve the quality of quantitative criminology research in China.
