摘要
为了充分掌握矿石性质,制定合理的选矿方案,对印尼某红土镍矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,通过偏光显微镜、X-射线衍射、荧光光谱、化学分析、FEI的Quanta600扫描电镜和MLA650矿物参数自动分析系统等多种测试分析手段,查明了该红土镍矿的矿物组成及含量、主要矿物的粒度分布、嵌布特征及铁、镍、铬、钴等有用元素的赋存状态。研究结果表明,该红土镍矿中矿物种类繁多,以蛇纹石和褐铁矿为主,其次还有少量的绿泥石、石英、铬铁矿、磁铁矿和辉石等;矿石中无独立的镍、钴矿物,其中镍主要以含镍蛇纹石的形式存在,钴主要以含钴褐铁矿的形式产出,而铬主要以铬铁矿的形式嵌布。系统的工艺矿物学研究为该类型矿床的评价以及选冶研究提供完整的矿物学依据。
In order to fully understand the ore properties and formulate reasonable mineral processing scheme,detailed process mineralogy research was carried out for Indonesia laterite nickel ore.A variety of analytical methods,like polarizing microscope,X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectrum,chemical analysis,Quanta600 of FEI scanning electron microscopy and MLA650 mineral parameters automatic analysis system,were used to find out mineral composition and content of laterite nickel ore,particle size distribution of the main minerals,embedded features and existence state of beneficial element such as iron,nickel,chromium and cobalt.The research results showed that the laterite nickel deposit contains a wide variety of minerals,mainly serpentine and limonite,followed by a small amount of chlorite,quartz,chromite,magnetite and pyroxene.There are no independent nickel and cobalt minerals in the ore,among which nickel mainly exists in the form of nickelcontaining serpentine,cobalt in the form of cobalt-containing limonite and chromium in the form of chromite.The systematic study of process mineralogy provides a complete mineralogical basis for the evaluation of this type of deposit and the study of processing refractory.
