摘要
乳腺癌是全球范围内女性常见的恶性肿瘤。目前,全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)是乳腺癌筛查和乳腺疾病诊断的主要影像学检查方法。数字化乳腺断层摄影(digital breast tomosynthesis,DBT)一次成像就可获得一系列断层图像,解决了常规X腺摄影中腺体组织重叠的问题,有效地提高了乳腺癌的检出率和诊断的准确率。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor among women worldwide.Currently,full-field digital mammography(FFDM)is the primary imaging method in the screening of breast cancer and diagnosis of breast disease.Digital breast tomosynthesis offers a series of tomographic images in a single exposure,which can solve the problem of overlapping of glandular tissue in conventional X-ray radiography,and improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer effectively.
