摘要
新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情是一次重大突发公共卫生事件,提高COVID-19患者的医保即时结算率可以减少人群流动,避免二次污染,对防止疫情蔓延有重要作用.本文介绍了江西省某三甲医院2020年1月21日00:00至2020年3月3日24:00出院的243例COVID-19患者医保即时结算情况,查找分析未及时结算原因,向医保部门及财政部门提出针对性建议,为完善重大突发公共卫生事件中医保就医结算制度提供参考.
The epidemic situation of COVID-19 is a magnitude outburst public health incident.Increasing the rate of medical insurance immediate settlement for patients with COVID-19 can reduce personnel fl owing and avoid secondary pollution,which can play an important role in preventing the spread of the epidemic.This article describes the immediate settlement of 243 COVID-19 patients who were discharged from a tertiary hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 21, 2020 to March 3, 2020.Our study analyzed the data of the unsettled of inpatients with COVID-19,to make target recommendations to the healthcare security department and the fi nancial department.And further,these references provided to improve the settlement system of medical insurance for major public health emergencies.
