摘要
由于中国城市化发展进程的不断加快,导致人口迁徙、人口流动愈发频繁,异地就医逐渐成为医保的重要问题之一。从当前异地医保实时结算系统的现状出发,分析异地医保实时结算系统的设计问题,并提出该系统问题的解决措施,以期为相关人员提供一些帮助和建议,更好地建立全国跨省异地医保实时结算系统平台,有效解决异地就医的医保结算问题。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China, population migration and migration become more and more frequent. Medical treatment in different places has gradually become one of the important issues of medical insurance. Starting from the current situation of the real-time settlement system for medical insurance in different places, this paper analyses the design problems of the real-time settlement system for medical insurance in different places, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems of the system, so as to provide some help and suggestions for the relevant personnel, better establish the platform of the national cross-provincial real-time settlement system for medical insurance in different places, and effectively solve the settlement problems of medical insurance in different places.
