摘要
现代化公共卫生治理中社会和公众参与的需求,为青年志愿者参与社会治理提供了契机成为治理新力量,公共卫生治理“期于利民”的目标与志愿者为“人”服务的本质不谋而合。突发公共卫生事件下民众多元诉求的满足、公众心理防线的构建、正能量的引导、疫情防控的人性化、公民精神的培育等都时刻体现青年志愿者注入的对“人”的服务和关怀。青年志愿者在进一步实现人文关怀的进程中,需要以中国优秀传统文化为引领、以民众需求为导向、多种形式开展人文关怀,同时政府应加强志愿者管理,为青年提供可开展志愿服务平台和空间。
The demand for social and public participation in modern public health governance provides an opportunity for young volunteers to participate in social governance and become a new force of governance.The goal of“benefiting the people”in public health governance coincides with the nature of volunteers serving“the people”.In the face of public health emergencies,the satisfaction of the diverse demands of the public,the construction of public psychological defense lines,the guidance of positive energy,the humanization of epidemic prevention and control,and the cultivation of civic spirit are all constantly reflected in the service and care of“the people”injected by young volunteers.In the process of further realizing humanistic care,young volunteers need to carry out humanistic care in various forms under the guidance of Excellent Traditional Chinese culture and people’s needs.At the same time,the government should strengthen volunteer management and provide platforms and space for young people to carry out volunteer services.
