摘要
研究了废旧碳性锌锰电池正极材料中的锌、锰在SO2/H2SO4体系中的浸出行为,考察了浸出时间、SO2流量、体系pH、搅拌速度、固液质量体积比和浸出温度对锌、锰浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在SO2流量0.02 m3/h、搅拌速度250 r/min、体系pH=1.56、固液质量体积比1 g/10 mL、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间4 h条件下,Zn、Mn浸出率均在99%以上,浸出效果较好。
The leaching behavior of zinc and manganese in waste carbon Zn-Mn battery cathode materials in SO2/H2SO4 system was studied.The effects of leaching time,SO2 flow rate,system pH,stirring speed,solid-to-liquid ratio and temperature on leaching of zinc and manganese were examined.The results show that under the conditions of SO2 flow rate of 0.02 m3/h(the SO2concentration is 0.773%),mixing speed of 250 r/min,system pH of 1.56,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 g/10 mL,temperature of 60℃,the leaching rate of zinc and manganese is more than 99%.The leaching effect is better.
