摘要 研究了用盐酸从循环流化床粉煤灰中浸出氧化铝,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比及盐酸浓度对氧化铝浸出的影响,对浸出渣进行了成分、物相及微观形貌分析。结果表明:盐酸可以破坏粉煤灰的结构,改变颗粒形貌使表面粗糙,将铝及其他金属阳离子转入溶液,而二氧化硅留在浸出渣中;控制液固体积质量比3.85∶1、盐酸浓度9.81 mol/L,在160℃下浸出180 min,氧化铝浸出率达85.84%,浸出效果较好。 The leaching of alumina from circulating fluidized bed fly ash using hydrochloric acid was studied.The effects of leaching temperature,leaching time,ratio of liquid-to-solid and hydrochloric acid concentration on leaching of alumina were examined.The composition,phase and microstructure of leached slag were analyzed.The results show that hydrochloric acid can destroy the structure of fly ash,change the particles morphology to make the surface rougher,transfer aluminum and other metal cations into the solution,and silica into the leaching slag.Controlling the ratio of liquid-to-solid of 3.85∶1,hydrochloric acid concentration of 9.81 mol/L,leaching temperature of 160℃,leaching time of 180 min,the leaching rate of alumina reaches 85.84%.The leaching effect is good.
