负极盖表面镀覆Zn-In及扣式电池的装配工艺

摘要 采用线性扫描阴极极化曲线、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱分析(EDS)及电池气胀高度检测等方法,研究了负极表面Zn-In合金的性质、组分及对电池性能的影响。Zn-In合金中,Zn、In的质量百分比分别为53.19%和46.81%,合金提高了铜集流体的析氢过电位,有效地抑制了析氢。对扣式电池的装配工艺进行了探讨。 The properties, composition and effect to the battery of Zn-In alloy on anode surface were studied by the methods of linear sweep vohammetry, X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and checking the height of battery. The quality percents of Zn and In in Zn-In alloy were 53.19% and 46.81%, respectively. The alloy raised hydrogen evolution over potential of Cu current collector, inhibited hydrogen evolution effectively. The assembly process of button cell was discussed.
