摘要
针对小麦播种机难以判断故障的问题,本文设计了一种基于线阵传感器的小麦播种机播量监测系统,能实现单粒式播种和多粒式播种监测。根据试验结果:当单粒播种的投放高度为160 mm时,监测准确率达到了100%;转速设置为20 r/min、30 r/min、40 r/min时,种子播量的监测准确度都超过97%,但是转速上升时,准确度有所下降;在连续播种条件下,不同转速的准确度都超过97%,且随着时间的增加,准确度有所提高。在故障报警方面,每次试验都能发出正常的声光报警。本系统与小麦播种机的结合,能够有效监测出小麦播种量,有较大的推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of wheat planter’s failure, this paper designs a monitoring system of wheat planter’s seeding quantity based on linear array sensor, which can realize the monitoring of single grain and multi grain sowing.According to the test results: when the height of a single seed is 160 mm, the monitoring accuracy reaches 100%;when the rotation speed is set to 20 R/min, 30 R/min, 40 R/min, the monitoring accuracy of the seed sowing amount is more than97%, but when the rotation speed rises, the accuracy decreases;under the continuous seeding conditions, the accuracy of different rotation speeds is more than 97%, and with the increase of time, the accuracy is improved High. In the aspect of fault alarm, each test can send out normal audible and visual alarm. The combination of the system and the wheat seeder can effectively monitor the wheat sowing amount, which has a great promotion value.
