摘要
结合黄淮海地区小麦玉米种植模式,根据小麦玉米免耕播种技术要求,设计了一种小麦玉米两用免耕施肥精密播种机。播种机采用地轮前置设计,可保证地轮走在未旋耕过的土壤上,增大地轮与地面的摩擦力,减小打滑,播量稳定,漏播率降低,并实现了小麦玉米两用播种机械传动。播种机前部有旋刀式切草、拨草开沟装置,可有效减少种床区秸秆残存量,减小残留秸秆对播种的影响。玉米播种采用指夹式排种器,在机架单体上的平行四杆机构可提高田间通过性,可以保证播深一致。田间试验表明,该机可旋耕灭茬、开沟施肥、播种、镇压等功能,实现一机两用,提高了机具的利用率。
In this paper,according to the cropping pattern of wheat and corn in Huang-huai-hai area,wheat and corn dual-purpose no tillage fertilizing and precision seeder has been designed to meet the requirement of no tillage sowing techniques of wheat and corn. The driving wheels positioned at the front of the machine makes increase frictions and reduce slipping between the wheels and no-tillage soil,to ensure stable sowing and reduce the possibility of miss-seeding. The machinery driving of both wheat and corn sowing relies on the same wheels. The rotary cutting and ditching device in the front of seeder reduces the content of residual bed straw effectively and the influence of the residual straw sowing. The finger clip type seed metering device is used to seed maize. Parallel four bar mechanism on the monomer of the frame can improve the moving through the field and guarantee consistent sowing depth. Field experiments show that it could realize rotary tillage stubble,fertilization,sowing and suppress,improving the utilization rate of equipment with a dual-purpose.
