摘要 一种可以实现对播种机穴播器的下种情况进行实时监测的装置,在穴播器下种的单籽率、空穴率、多籽率、断垄等参数与设定值出现异常时,该装置发出警报,指导播种机手做出是否停播检修、排除故障,保证播种作业田间质量和播种效率,同时该装置可以实时监测播种机作业状况、作业面积、播种效率。 The seeding condition of the hole seeder could be realized real-time monitoring by a kind of device. When the parameters and setting values of the hole seeder such as single seed rate, hole rate, multi-seed rate and ridge breaking were abnormal, the device sends an alarm to instruct the worker to make whether to stop sowing, overhaul and troubleshoot, so as to ensure the quality of the field and the seeding efficiency of the seeding operation. At the same time, the device could real-time monitor the operation status, operation area and seeding efficiency of the seeder.
