摘要
近年来,随着农村青壮年劳动力向城市流动的趋势愈发明显,农村的老龄化形势愈发严峻。深刻认识并积极应对农村老龄化问题对推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。本文以社会工作在山东省W市H村的实践为例,探究了乡村振兴视域下社会工作介入农村老龄化的实践进路。通过对村民个体、社区组织、社区生计、社区环境、人际关系等不同层面的服务运作研究,分析社会工作介入农村老龄化、促进乡村振兴的策略建构,并进一步探讨社会工作本身的专业反思与实务发展。
With the rapid development of the market economy, the continuous extension of life expectancy, and the large-scale migration of rural young and middle-aged labor force to urban areas, the aging situation in rural areas has become increasingly serious. It is of great significance to promote rural rejuvenation by deeply understanding and actively responding to the problem of rural aging. Taking social work practice in H village, W city, Shandong province as an example, this paper explores the practical approach of social work to rural aging from the perspective of rural revitalization. Through the research on the service operations at different levels of individual villagers, community organizations, community livelihoods, community environment, interpersonal relationships, this paper analyzes the strategic construction of social work’s intervention in rural aging and promotion of rural revitalization, and further probes into the professional reflection and practical development of social work itself.
